We are proud to offer the best value in Marinette County. You won't find this many amenities in a modern facility at these prices. Please note there is a two night minimum, and holiday weekends have a three night minimum.

FOR ALL STAYS IN 2019:

• $140.00/night plus 5.5% tax (2-night minimum year-round)
• $875.00 including tax for 7-night reservations made prior to March 15, 2019 and confirmed by a 50% deposit received by March 15, 2019
• $950.00 including tax for 7-night stays booked after March 15, 2019
• Typically, until April 1st, only 7-night reservations are accepted for the summer (mid June to mid August)
• No smoking indoors. Pets are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full week reservations: cancellations made 60 days prior to check in are refunded in full.
Stays shorter than 7 nights: cancellations made 30 days prior to check in are refunded in full.
For all other cancellations: if we are able to successfully rebook your cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in full, within 2 weeks of receiving the funds from the new booking. If we are unable to rebook the vacancy your cancellation created, half your deposit is refunded as a non-expiring credit toward a future stay. Paying a deposit on a stay acknowledges an understanding and agreement to the cancellation policy.
